email or fill in the  contact form that can be found on our website. You can also place an order through telephone, we will assist you and solve all your doubts in the hours from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 7:30 pm and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm at the phone 955 719 246.

Can you send the products to my home?
- We ship all over the world, our products will be perfectly packaged to support the transport to your home, all our shipments go with insurance against loss or breakage.

What are the shipping costs for my order?
- Due to the variety of products that our catalog contemplates, we can not offer a standard shipping price for all customers. When you place an order we will indicate the shipping costs for your order. We assure you that the shipping costs will be the cheapest, since we work with different transport companies according to their destination.

How long does it take to serve the order?
- If we have the pieces in stock, the order is sent within 24 - 72 hours depending on your destination. If you have to manufacture the order exclusively for you, it can take between 7 and 20 days.

- In the event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please clearly indicate on the delivery note the damage you observe, without this requirement, we will not be able to process the insurance and, you must call us within the first 24 hours to inform us of the problem and Your product will be replaced with a new one without additional costs. After 24 hours of your arrival, we will not be responsible for any defects caused by your transportation.

Do you have an exhibition or shop to visit?

- Currently we do not have exposure for public visits, we have a small exhibition in our offices; Although it is for internal use, we will be happy to show you our products. Actually our exhibition is virtual and here on our website you can see the vast majority of our products. In any case, if you want to schedule a visit to our factory and if possible, you should contact us in advance.
